Sarabsri is a UCLA affiliated and authorised MAP teacher, providing on-site, in-depth, teaching in mindfulness and meditation concepts and techniques, that can be adapted to people across industries.

She provides a kind, empathetic and non-judgemental method of understanding one’s inner self and re-engineering it through continuous mindfulness practice. This can be used to manage stress, personal development, concentration, conflict resolution and relationships.

Program Details:

UCLA Signature mindfulness awareness course

UCLA’s signature Mindfulness Awareness Course conducted by Sarabsri is a comprehensive, in-depth, principled practice course that stretches over six weeks and is open to professionals across industries. Deeply insightful and practical, the classes facilitate the understanding of basic principles of mindfulness, help them develop a personal meditation practice, and apply what they’ve learnt in their daily life on an ongoing basis.Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, and group feedback and discussion. MAPs is taught in a context of a supportive community environment with classes no larger than 30-40 students.UCLA MAPs instructors have years of personal experience practicing mindfulness and teaching it nationally and internationally. The classes cover group support in combination with purposeful study and are suitable for ages 16 and over.

Class Structure:

MAPs classes are conducted two hours per week over six weeks. Students will complete daily home practice meditation assignments starting at five minutes a day and working up to 20 minutes daily by the end of the course. Students will receive all the practical tools, worksheets and guides to help them continue the practice.
